Requirements for Holding Events

The Organizer/ Locator is required to submit the following documents:

  • General Information about the event.
  • Events Lay-out, Site Logistics Plan
  • Traffic Plan
  • Emergency Response Team/ Crisis Plan
  • Program of Activities
  • Expected No. of Participants

Signed conformance on ABPEA Waiver of Liability Form.

All applicable ABPEA permits and all necessary LGU permits shall be secured prior to the event.

  • Secure permit from ABPEA for gatepass (deliveries), estate work permit with applicable security deposit
  • Secure permit from Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), if the event will utilize PRA owned roads (Macapagal Blvd, Diokno Blvd, Asean Aves.)
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders such as Paranaque LGU, Barangay Tambo, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire, Prior Trained Military Officer, and other applicable agencies.
  • *Note that aerial fireworks display must have a separate ABPEA application
