Aseana Business Park Estate Association, Incorporated is a non-stock non profit organization of locators/lot owners of Aseana City (formerly Aseana Business Park). The Association was officialy registered with the Security and Exchange Commision on 18th of February 2014 with the Registration No. CN200402559.
The Association was incorporated for the following purposes;
- Promote the general welfare , propriety and good name of Aseana City;
- Safeguard the welfare and well-being of the owners, lessees and occupants of real property and/or building in the Aseana City
- Adopt such sules and regulations to implement the restrictions, reservations, liens, servitudes, easement and charges concerning the use, enjoyment and occupancy of all the properties in the area over which the Association has jurisdiction, and enforce the decision and ruling of Association over any of the said property; and.
- Exercise such other powers as are required and necessary of incidental to those herein mentioned

Please note that we are implementing the same processing duration of each permits (within 3 working days).

- Use file name format : PLATE # – PROJECT NAME – CONTRACTOR NAME.
Sample 1 : (ABC123-PARQAL-NGBC.pdf) Sample 2: (ABC123-AYALAMALLS-NESTLÈ.pdf) - Once submitted, the applicant may now proceed with the payment to ABPEA Accounting Office. Issuance of reference number for gatepass application is temporarily suspended.
STEP 2: Payment
- Settle the Gatepass fee: P224.00 (VAT Inc.) per entry of the vehicle.
- Two (2) copies (original-white, duplicate-blue) of the receipt shall be issued upon payment. Please keep the “blue” receipt as this will be presented to our security on the day of your delivery/pullout activity.
STEP 3: Releasing
- Releasing of signed/approved copy of the gatepass permit is temporarily suspended, unless deemed necessary. On the day of the activity, locators may present the following to the Estate Securities:
- Proof/screenshot of the Gatepass permit application.
- Blue copy of ABPEA Official Receipt.
- Other related documents, if any.
- The proof/screenshot of the gatepass permit application and ABPEA official payment receipt (blue copy) shall be presented and shall always be made available upon security inspection. Non-compliance will be subject to work/activity stoppage.
- Requirements for delivery and pullout are stated in the lower part of the Gatepass form.
- Releasing/Processing is from Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am-4:00pm only. Any applications submitted beyond those hours will be assessed the next working day.

NIGHT SHIFT TELLER
We are glad to inform you that our Night Shift Teller shall now accommodate permit applications every Saturday, from 6:00pm – 6:00am. On the other hand, relative with ABPEA CM NO. 2020-10-001, evening permit transaction guidelines shall still be as follows:

CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING AND/ OR ESTABLISHMENT
All Development Control applications and transactions are to be performed at ABPEA Business Center.
- Pre-Construction Stage
A Design Orientation will be conducted to the formally-endorsed designer/ consultants for them to be aware of Aseana City’s guidelines for the massing and building design. A checklist of procedures and required submittals will be given during the Orientation.A signed ABPEA Endorsement/ Notice to Proceed (NTP) form will be given to the locator once design is thoroughly reviewed and ready for implementation.
- Construction Stage
A Pre-Mobilization Orientation will be conducted to the assigned Project Management and Construction team to provide proper guidance to Locators with the Aseana City’s Guidelines, Policies & Regulations. This is to ensure full-compliance, establish zero or minimize violation daily work activities, and implementation of strict safety and security protocols.A Development Control Work Permit must be secured first before any construction works within Aseana City.
- Post- Construction Stage
To guarantee conformance of all locators to Aseana City Guidelines, Policies & Regulations, ABPEA together with the Project Management and Construction team will conduct assessment of the completed establishment. A Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) will be issued to compliant locators.
